Stero Solutions Limited supplies digital content only. There is no warehouse dispatch and no courier.
1. What is delivered
A downloadable archive and, where relevant, a written guide. File types depend on the pack and may include preset files, curve tables and PDF notes.
2. When
After payment is confirmed, Stero Solutions Limited aims to send the download link on the same business day. Custom projects follow the timetable agreed in the confirmation email.
3. How
The link is sent to the email address given on the order. You are responsible for providing a working address and for checking spam folders.
4. Failed delivery
If the link does not arrive, write to mateuszkargol@zohomail.eu with the order reference. We will resend access after verifying the purchase.
5. No shipping address
A postal address is not required for catalogue packs. The registered address of Stero Solutions Limited is [Company address] and is used for formal correspondence, not for parcel delivery.
