2. Products
Stero Solutions Limited sells digital audio materials: preset files, target curves and written notes for speakers, microphones, headphones and related processors. No physical goods are supplied. Compatibility is described on each product page and is a starting point, not a guarantee for every third-party host.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euro. Catalogue packs typically range from €50 to €200. Studio and venue suites may be higher. The price payable is the price displayed at the time of order. Taxes are stated on the invoice where applicable.
4. Orders
An order is an offer to buy the selected digital pack or custom service. Stero Solutions Limited accepts the order by confirming it and delivering the files or commencing the commissioned work.
5. Licence
You receive a non-exclusive licence to use the files in your organisation’s productions and rooms. You may not resell, republish or share the library as a competing product. You may not claim authorship of the underlying preset design.
6. Delivery
Delivery is digital, as described in the Delivery Policy. Risk in the files passes when the download is made available to you.
7. Consumer withdrawal
If you are a consumer, statutory withdrawal rules may apply. Because the goods are digital content, withdrawal can be limited once performance has begun with your agreement. See the Withdrawal Policy.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use Stero Solutions Limited materials in a way that infringes third-party rights.
9. Liability
Presets are tools. Stero Solutions Limited is not responsible for damage to speakers, hearing, sessions or reputation arising from how a preset is applied. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Custom services
Commissioned voicing is scoped in writing before work starts. One revision round is included unless the confirmation says otherwise.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Stero Solutions Limited at its registered address, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
